Starting on June 1, 2014, the filings fee for bankruptcy cases will go up to $355 from $306 for Chapter 7 and $310 from $281 for chapter 7. A full list of the fee changes are here.

If you have put down money for your bankruptcy before the June 1, 2014 increase date, your price won’t change. Prices will be going up for clients filing after that date.
