For June 2012, the Hawaii Judiciary reports that judicial foreclosures are up over last year. June 2012 saw 404 foreclosure cases initiated in Circuit Court. Compare this to June 2011 with 209 new judicial foreclosure cases. The number of foreclosures started in June 2012 is the second-highest amount in a month this year.
