The United States Trustee has announced the new median income number for Hawaii for cases filed after 11/1/11. The median income for households of 1 and 4 have gone up. So if you are close to the line, you may want to wait until after November 1, 2011 to file. Households of 2 and 3 are going down, so if you are close to the line, you should file now.
