Bankruptcy Court has announced that the filing fees for cases are increasing starting November 1, 2011. They are as follows:

Chapter 7 $306
Chapter 9 $1046 (for municipalities only)
Chapter 11 $1046
Chapter 12 $246 (family farmers and fisherman)
Chapter 13 $281
Chapter 15 $1046 (for foreign cases)
